Positive changes for negative feedback

It’s not something I have to do often, but sadly today I left another negative feedback. Since last time I left a negative things have changed somewhat, at last eBay have updated the warning page with live links to encourage communication prior to confirming the negative - some handy tips designed to make you think twice with the second step being to contact your trading partner.

Leaving a neg

So all well and good for discouraging the casual neg leaver then - well not quite, the “Contact member” link works exactly as you’d expect, opening up a form to email your trading partner along with the item number and description prefilled. Sadly the “Request contact information and call your trading partner” link is less satisfactory and simply gives:
