Up and away with stolen balloon sale

A man has been arrested after a hot-air balloon reported as having been stolen was spotted on eBay. Apparently the owner spotted it for sale, and police contacted the seller via his contact details on the site. Yet again, proof that eBay is a very poor place to sell stolen goods.
