Delayed listings will still be new

Some cold comfort for those whose listing are not showing up straight away in search because of security and other checks. “Newly listed” as a search criterion will now relate to time of appearance, not time of listing. Note that this only applies to the time when a listing appears at the top of the search order; it doesn’t extend the duration of the listing itself.
