Markdown Manager not working

Several eBay sellers, including myself, are finding this weekend that Markdown Manager is just not working. Sales that have been scheduled are not starting, and sale items are not showing in Shops. Conversely the competition 
reports that a sale due to end on June 12th is still ongoing.
Markdown Manager, while a great idea in theory, seems to be about the buggiest feature that eBay have introduced for a long time, and I’d suggest it needs a serious overhaul, if not dragging back into beta while it’s fixed.
