Join the dots to find what’s wrong with this picture

This post was written in March 2008; specific information contained within it may be out of date.
There are only three dots, it’s not going to be difficult:
- eBay UK can call clicking five times to get into each of your orders to see if there’s a note from a buyer, a “workaround”.
- eBay France think you can remember a complicated click pattern through the depths of My eBay, when they could have just provided a link to the correct page.
- Seth Godin owns the world’s worst toaster, which is a bit like trying to pay his eBay invoice.
There’s been a lot of talk about “finding” rather than “search”, and about “the buyer experience” - making eBay easier to use. How about we look at the URLs too? http://www.ebay.co.uk/myebay - there, doesn’t that look nice?

Ebay France have this strange idea we speak and read French Too
I guess Seth got mugged off by the marketing. Perhaps it was the purple toaster on a shelf of white/chrome ones?
Norf,
I was hoping for something slightly more cutting. ;O)
