ChannelAdvisor announce Insite/Academy dates for 2008

ChannelAdvisor have released the dates for their 2008 Insite tour which takes in five cities across the UK. The Insite conference is a must for sellers considering or using multiple channels to market (and if you’re not already we’d strongly recommend that you do).

The full day conference looks at industry trends, best practices and advanced strategies for maximising profits across marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, along with shopping comparison engines and paid search.

If you’re missing eBay Universities which aren’t running in 2008 then attending one of the Insite days is a must. The dates are:

  • London – 21st August, 2008;
  • Newcastle – 16th September 2008;
  • Birmingham – 2nd October 2008;
  • Glasgow – 16th October 2008;
  • Manchester - 23rd October 2008

Academy is for ChannelAdvisor clients only, but attending Insite is open to all online retailers. I’ve attended Insite for the last two years and highly recommend spending just one day out of the year for an overview of today’s market and a roadmap of changes expected in the next 12 months.

    I went to insite last year in Birmingham, excellent day, well recommended. It was good to get a take on ebay that wasn’t ebay (if you know what I mean)

    Fab party afterwards too. Are yiou having a Tamebay Party this year?

    I’d like to go to this (newcastle probably) as I clicked around the registration I noticed there is a field for a promotion code ….

    I wondered … any chance Sue or Chris might negiotate something for tamebay readers?

    Newcastle sounds great, we go up there regularly. Would not need a hotel room for Brum tho, I’ll see who’s going where I think. The Brum one was on the same day as the eBay award thingy in London last year so I was on my tod for the most of it.

    Hey Linzi, these are pretty popular and likely to be fully booked, I’m not sure they’ll be giving discount - I sure had to pay full price. If you’re going to the London one I’ll see you there though :-)
