PayPal’s Wednesday webinars start today

PayPal launch a series of weekly webinars today, kicking off with “Capturing the voice of your customer to drive ROI” at 7pm (BST) this evening.

The seminars will run every Wednesday in August and the series will cover social media, customer loyalty and shopping cart abandonment.

The speakers are all large PayPal merchants - Buy.com, Virgin Mobile, Lenovo, Smartbargains, and will be supported by industry experts from Jupiter Research.

The webinars are free but you’ll need to pre-register to attend

    I might have a look at that depending on if they are speaking about “ROI - Return on investment” or “ROI - Reactive oxygen intermediates”

    #4 Glad it wasnt just me, I live in Pasty land the term ROI will reach us around 2020.

    I am going to listen to the chap from Buy just out of interest really.

    For anyone that’s going to listen in I believe it runs on webex which will involve a download so log in early. Also you’ll probably need to telephone in for the audio so get some SkypeOut credit ready ;-)
