Infopia beef up support with new Transact team
July 10, 2008
At eBay Live! in Chicago Infopia announced their new Transact eCommerce solution which includes both software and services for online merchants. Today they increased the service element with the announcement of a new Transact Customer Support team.
Transact is a new web site platform, in addition to search marketing and professional services initiatives that are all part of the solution. Key features include customer relation management, search engine marketing, analytics and the ability to create loyalty programs for your best customers.
“The new Transact Customer Support team is an important component of our new eCommerce solution,” said Bjorn Espenes, Infopia CEO. He went on to explain that the support team will act as an “internal advocate” with the aim of giving sellers more time to focus on sales rather than dealing with technology-related issues.
If your business is growing Infopia can assist you in saving time on manual tasks such as uploading, adjusting, and downloading information between different platforms and software solutions. They can connect all aspects of your business with a solution that can save time and money. The new support structure will provide greater accessibility to help at the times a seller needs it most.
